This is an unenhanced scan at 600 dpi - you may well have to save the scan to your own computer, and enlarge it in order to see the doubling clearly - to me it looks like the entire reverse is doubled (the squiggly thing at the top of the eagle's head is a scratch) and I believe the date shows some doubling, as well.
I'm not all that educated on VAMs so I can't put a number to it, but I'll bet somebody here can.

I can't make out the date position with the glare on the denticles to even begin. The date does appear to be slanted maybe?

possibly 1B has clash marks.
