There is such a barrier to give neg feedback, that few do. I think some people feel they just got unlucky. One guy even had a story that his wife made the rolls, so therefore he did not know what was in them. Like his wife is packing in all, the valuable coins to leave them in poverty. I can see selling or buying 'a roll of xxxxx' if if all parties know what is being sold, such a common Liberty nickels in Good condition. Report this Post to the Staff

Also, a lot of people don't care to go through the rolls, and just sell them as is. I've gotten a lot of rolls off ebay and I've found quite a few errors, no real key dates though. buddy16cat Pillar of the Community United States 1536 Posts	Posted 09/07/2013 4:03 pm Sounds like an "item not as described" case if you ask me. You ordered an 1886 that would be a type II and not a an 1896. It would most likely be easier if you got a partial refund for the difference in value. If he won't let you return them, file a case.
