Neat! Never seen one either.

This page has an interesting ANACS history, with the different holders on page 22 ish:

They used those holders after discontinuing the photo certs. they used from 1972-1989.

Now I learned something new today!

More than likely the coin. The 1799 DBLC is a pretty rare coin.

That is from the fourth generation of ANACS slab. The yellow labels for problem coins were a short term experiment that ANACS tried on this generation in 1991. The yellow label slabs are very scarce to rare. (And the current bid on that cent was WAY too low. It will end much higher and because of the coin not the slab.)
