On my list of things that strike me as "off" are: obverse fields are too uneven, obverse pitting, reverse pitting in fields, lines by e-pluribus are very "fuzzy" (for lack of a better word).

I don't see anything that panics me, aside some subtle indications of machine polishing. Already well over its' value - even as such a popular error - with that considered.

It's too expensive a coin to buy unslabbed.
And the starting price is WAY too low (red flag).

IF you buy it then you'll need to send it to a TPG to at least get it authenticated.
That will probably take more than the 45 days you have to file a SNAD.
