Aside from the core being manipulated, the coin sort of reminds me of having Chinese chop marks...

I got one like this at Tim Hortons about two years ago minus the so called Chinese Chop Marks.

Core was removed and re-inserted, flipped.

By the way, I was the under bidder on one of the "upset dies" in ICCS holder. I still want it!
