I purchased this 1953 50 cent PL64 Sd Nsf back in 2004 in talking to some of my collecting friends a couple are now telling me that if I send it back to I.C.C.S. for a new holder that it would come back as a Specimen does anyone have any opinion on this.

If ICCS graded it as PL-64, it will still come back as PL-64
