Yeah I believe the proper term is binary. I don't keep trinaries (ex. 45664456), but I would keep this, and I bet it carries a small premium. I personally haven't found one yet.

It would probably fetch a smalllllllll premium on the bay. Id keep it until I absolutely needed to spend it.

I would keep it, it is pretty hard to find banknotes with two only two digits.
