I don't know why people do this sort of thing but you can tell that they used a hammer or something to do this. if it was real the writing wouldn't be backwards Right?

Definitely a hammer or vise involved. The reversed obverse image appears to be a Canada 1c.

The thing is that it's a 1942 US penny. This has a Canadian 1 Cent with the Queen? She wasn't the Queen before 1953.........I'm going to throw it in my box of Oddities!

And judging by the portrait, I'd say 1965 or later.

I see the Machin bust. 1965-1989...

put it in the end of a roll, sell it on ebay as unsearched with "transnational clash!"
