Lamination on the 67.
MAD on the other unless reverse looks similar
then an off center strike.

Laminations are interesting. Scotty11 Sent me a few the other day. I've got to take images. These are the strongest I've seen for sometime. Thanks again Scotty11.

From times to times I come across lamination error British coins. I think I have a halfcrown with a similar error
Though I have not had a lamnation error 1c before. Interesting for me.
I'll put it to my US folder then,along with the pictured 1972 cent. The other side of the 72 cent is regular so it is a mis-aligned die.

MADs are very common on lincoln cents of that era and do not command any kind of premium. The lamination is cool.
