F-15 - VF-20? Has it been cleaned? Is $100 too much for this coin? What's max value?

I was struggling between 20 and 25. I think VF25 is the right grade. I think it may have been cleaned. $100 is too much. Maybe $60...maybe

VF25 I think as well, the reverse is a touch better. Cleaned? Possibly, not many coins from this era have survived without at least a light cleaning.

Thanks for the grading opinions! I certainly agree with you westcoin..so many Capped Bust Halves have been cleaned. It's very difficult to find any that haven't been cleaned but I guess the ones with the least amount of cleaning (or visible less cleaning) are the best.
