At 1st I thought this was an 009, but no diecrack on left wheat. Then 010 with the die gouges around mintmark area, but marker stratches not noted and mint mark location seemed off a bit. The 017, 021, and 026 mint mark location looked right, but markers don't match. Help

So far no match. It not 015. I've got to head out. Bump this up again on Monday so I can look at it again.

I'm still not seeing a match Albert. It is an east. Not real strong, but it is visible. You might want to send this one into coppercoins when you get three coins to send. Contact Bob first and see when he has an opening in his schedule. So many so close, but no match that I can see. My last hope was 014, but your coin is slightly south of that location.

Thank you coop! Mint mark matched RPM 9, but no die break on left wheat. Maybe a reverse die change? Die gouges around mint mark area made me think rpm 10, but mint mark doesn't look the same.

Dies get changed when there is a break or something un desire able happening happens. Mint mark shapes changes with die wear. Most of the time the RPM get weaker with age. The 1956 D/S seems to be the case where the later die state show the "S" better in one die and weaker on the other die.
