I found a old book that came with a coin collecting kit when I was like 8.. its called Basics of coin grading for U.S. coins...

I was wondering if there were other "pocket" sized coin grading books on the market?...

Not really a pocket book, but PCGS has Photograde on a smartphone app now it is really nice with excellent photos, and and fits in my pocket!

Thanks for the info westcoin... I'm gearing up for a 3 day show here and want to make sure I have multiple sources for grading coins on my own, considering I've over paid for coins in the past and am trying not to get ripped off anymore... PEACE...
