Hard to tell from your photos, but could be semi PL. Is that a carbon spot on the eagles breast?

Got it today;   It's a 62/63, technical grade. Not sure if it's DMPL or PL, but it's definitely one of the two. Y'all think it's worth getting graded? Edited by FadeToBlack

Huzzah! No doubt about it that it's a PL. MS-63 PL, and I say 63 because of the chatter on the neck and cheek, amirite?
