Post clear, in-focus photos and we can help ...
What's going on at the truncation of Ms. Liberty bust on the obverse ... appears to be a raised piece of 'something' there. Is it visible in hand?

It's a ding at the bottom of the bust, new photos uploaded. I was using my dads kodak easyshare Z981 camera, and I mistakingly had it stuck in infinity AF rather than macro AF...

EF45/AU50 looks to have some good luster but the hit on the bust hurts the grade and the light circulation marks on the face also contribute to the lower grade. IMO
