What do you think? Obverse shows more wear than reverse..... Obverse VG or higher? Reverse VF or higher? Round it out to F?

I think that it has VF details but the obv scratches kill it for me. They are bad enough to get it bodybagged if you were to slab it(other than ANACS and they will list problem on the slab). I would net grade it at Fine.

The coin grades at the level of the lowest face. As has been mentioned, the scratches are a bodybag from anyone but ANACS; my guess for the Net grade is F12.

Reverse is a VF and Obverse is F-12 details. Whizzed and also damaged as a result.
