Maybe Minor Lamination, Die Chip or Post Mint Damage( PMD).

Not sure though.

A Cud is from a broken die and it is on the rim/edge of the coin. It is either a die chip or a bag mark imo. Either way its spendable.

It depends on where you are from, in Australia 'die chips' are called Cuds. If they are on the rim they are called 'rim Cuds'
