Wondering what grade might be assigned to this 1943-D Jefferson nickel. Thanks in advance!

My first impression is MS-66,but it looks like there could be a light fingerprint near the rim under "UNUM".

In looking at the coin through a loop I'm not seeing a finger print. Could be my photograph however.

MS-64, it appears to have nicks under the nose and left of the dome.

I'm in at MS-63. Dings left of the dome, under the nose and on the triangular section under the dome. Carbon spot behind his head and the light yellowing in front of his face (unless that's just light reflection).

I see four small marks on the obverse, and fourteen dings and scratches on the reverse. Couple of tiny rim dings on rev.

These excellent pictures are hard on the coin, and very honest. Perhaps not so many of the dings and scratches would show up under a TPGrader's 10x loupe. It would certainly look better in the hand, where perhaps only two dings on the rev. would be seen with the unaided eye.

Very nice lustre, which certainly helps with eye appeal.
Split grade. Obv.64; rev. 62.

Nice looking coin, but the picture is either a bit hazy, or the coin is. There's a lot of chatter, so I'd go MS-63 on this. NIce War Nickel!

Hi I'm going to go with ms-63 just to many nicks for a higher grade, but that's just me. Looks like it could have full steps.
