I've had these since 1979. Just recently found them in a couple of rolls of uncs that I got at the bank back then. I took these pictures with a simple point and shoot under flourescent light. Apologize for poor photo skills. I might be able to improve the photo a bit if necessary. Would a scan help? The photo of the reverse came out better. Thanks. ed

Edweather, these coins are common and not subject to too much debate. Being a clad coin is a downer. This hurts. There are some exceptions.

I didn't think Near Dates/Wide Rims were common....they are worth a premium. As for a grade? I'm really not well versed in SBA's. They look uncirculated to me.

They both have wear,
1) AU-50.
2) AU-53 or 55.

Thanks for the replies. Jay you are correct about premium and being uncirculated. Definite premium for uncirculated wide rim/near date SBAs. That's why I'm posting because huge difference between MS64, 65, and 66. I know they are uncirculated, because I've owned them since 1979 when I obtained them fresh from the bank/mint in their original rolls. They've been in their original rolls for 34 years until I went through them last week and found these two. I have improved my photo skills and will post some better photos soon.....and no scans :-) Thanks. Ed
