Came across this item on ebay. I'm confused as to the look of the obverse and its certified as MS61

I'd say a filled die but with the lines that it has I'm not so sure. Very interesting.

This eBayer makes it Very difficult to understand his auction details with the way his text is set up.

Its iteresting that the auction states it was purchased in an estate auction but the answer to the second question says it was sent for grading by the seller .

at any rate it appears that it could be a die clash that was subsequently polished which produced the polishing lines in the affected areas.
