I am pretty sure this is toning but I could be wrong. Needs to be angled in light to see the toning nicely.

Toning. Generally it's a bit frowned-upon when seen on circulated coins, but Busties for some reason have always tended to tone nicely and I think yours would fly as market-acceptable. Lovely coin.

Thank you both for your insight! The toning cant be seen when you face it dead on; I just noticed it when I tilted it under direct light.
