I think maybe enough rub to go AU55, though the MS details camp might win out on this one.

Tough call from the photos but does appear to have been dipped. I'll go AU58 as it appears to be slightly circulated. Have you checked to see what VAM it is?

I ended up on VAM38 only because the fourth star appears complete on this coin.

V38. Just look at LIBERTY - if your eyes cross trying to focus on LIBERTY, it's VAM-38.
