Think some verdicare will help remove some of the spots on this coin? Details looked VF to me and if the green spots come off it looks like a decent coin to me. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1938-US-Lar...ht_161wt_902

IMHO, it'll help somewhat with the discoloration. It appears to me that there may be some surface corrosion, minor, about the letters, and if so, that area could be problematic.
