If it wasn't for slight wear on the end of the moustache, and the tips of some of the leaves, it would be perhaps MS62. The orb on top of the crown is very susceptible to wear, but that is not the case here. The design both sides is very similar to the Indian Quarter Anna, which probably used the same planchets.
