It's real. Looks like about an 85% off-center uniface strike and has the full date. It's always better to have the date on an error coin.
It's better to have it die struck on both sides, but it's not a bad error at all. Zlincons don't have as nice of a look as copper off-center coins most of the time because of the zinc layer being exposed where a copper off-center shows the slide area in the nice bright copper.
I have lots of these in copper and zinc cents, nickels, clad and silver dimes, clad and silver quarters and a couple of clad halfs.
I've had a few Morgans that were off-center 2% to 10% over the years, but I sold those years ago when they did have the prices like they do now.
The best off-center coins to have are mated pairs. The best way to find those is to get lucky with a mint sewn bag.
I've been through several 5000 cent bags and never hit a mated pair.
