I have a family member that is asking me about them. They have numerous bank rolls likely P mint. They want to get rid of them and are asking me if they have collector value vs. taking them to the bank. They have some 2006 Lincoln Cent rolls as well.

I like older stuff, so I am not sure what the market is for them. Any thoughts?

Unless you know what you have, they are only rolls of quarters. You can always go through the rolls to see of they contain any gems. Same with the pennies.

I tried to sell some rolls like that, but after crunching the numbers I found that I couldn't profit by selling them on ebay. if you can find a buyer outside of ebay, you can MAYBE make a little bit off them. But you'll spend time finding a buyer just to make a few bucks.

By themselves, no! Maybe in 200 years.

there is a guy in ebay selling "pre-2013" pennies for $1.00. You could do that lol.

If they have all of the rolls, go through and put together a set with the best of each roll. You could also look for errors.

I took most of mine to the bank and bought 2011 ASE sets. I think my odds of increased value went up 1000%.

if they are unc. keep them intact and let them tone up. you can stand to lose $10 a roll while you wait.
