VG08. I've seen VG10's with slightly more detail.

I think she's better than VG08 on the Obv.
Most of the (NGC, PCGS) 08's I have, the Obv. shield is almost gone.
Rev. could be a 10.

The contrast has certainly helped the eye appeal with this coin. It might be worth helping it it this rather transitory state, by a protection in a screw capsule for a stable environment.
