Received this twenty with a payment today, would it be considered a birthday note?

I would not consider it as a Birthday Note.

I would consider 01181978 to be a Birthday note. (MMDDYYYY)

Other opinions may vary.

I would accept this as a birthday note... But if you're going by hate to wait's standards you may have to wait another 6100 years....

The biggest trouble is finding a "buyer" for this note.

I would consider it a birthday note if I happened to have been born that day! (which I wasn't ) But I wouldn't expect it to qualify for somebody who collects 'formal' birthday notes. I don't see it being worth a premium.

I think birthday notes have to be day, month, then year.

I would have thought day, month and year too, being that this is Canada, but thought I'd ask where I'm really not a note collector. It just so happens that one of my sister's birthday is January 18th, but not 1978!

I think it would be a birthday note. For me, it doesn't matter what comes first.
