Could be AU-58, could be MS-63RB which would be about the max I think. The two horizontal lines on the reverse look like scratches on the holder. I don't see any serious defects on the coin itself. There is an apparent short scratch in front of Liberty's mouth.

Looks like a desirable example of this semi-key date. Pretty nice!

Tough coin to grade.

Rub on the obverse at temple/forehead would possibly make this a high AU.

I would go with AU58.

I'd say AU-55 (maybe -58) BROWN.
That fingerprint on the obverse is a problem and could get worse.

Really, a 63? I was thinking AU-55 do to the wear on the for head.

tilting the coin the luster remains but is slowly going from red to a brown
its so tough with photographs to get every detail. just by changing the angle everything can look so different
