punman Pillar of the Community Canada 849 Posts	Posted 10/13/2013 7:26 pm Hoping for a an opinion on a true grade for this coin to place a bid in a couple of hours. I might have left it too late to get some opinions this evening. I took forum advice and bid on ICCS graded '38 and '46 dollars and was happy with my purchase price as well as coins received. More than I want to pay for an EF coin from 1945. I think I will be happier bidding on graded coins if I am spending over $100. My skills are not yet sharp enough to risk my own opinion. Thanks again. Update - auction over $247.50 + GST!! Someone just paid $260 and thinks he got a great deal on an MS64 coin. I'd have paid that if I really believed it was MS64. I called his VF 30 at best. and once you see the 2 mentioned you will see yourself.....There is also an AU 50 and a MS 60 up for sale for good start prices Report this Post to the Staff
