What the

The previous owner goofed that a bit
VG10 for the 1854 and VF20 for the 1855

I'll go along with BK's grading. except that the 1854-O appears to have damage over America on the reverse. Since you need another coin anyway to properly fill this space, that's not such a problem!
Looks like there's some nice die clashing on the reverse of the 1855. Cool!

I have no idea about the damage. It looks like it's just normal wear however the rim is intact.

I can see a bit of a clash. Hadn't seen that before. I haven't had a chance to take a real close look thru all of em yet. I only get em this morning.
