Nice coins! Are those pics through the ICCS plastic?

Yes DBM....I am tormented in trying to get the best possible pics up here. That's probably why the far right side of this coin is still a bit blurry. The 2 sheets of plastic distort a bit....

You rotate the coin to get it close enough to center on the USB camera lens.

The plastic flip starts to fold on itself and you then tape it down while positioning it perfectly. Same with the flip side,..it keep closing on itself.

I've posted pics with the coins at ~45° because I couldn't get it in position,.. and full size.....PITA..for sure..

My hats off to the the perfect pics that the "pros" sometimes show us here...

I think those are great pics taken through all those layers of plastic.
What type of USB microscope are you using? It's high time I retired my QX5.

Here is my 1900 narrow 00's ICCS graded it MS62 a few years ago. I think it should have been a 63. Its currently off to PCGS for a second opinion.

I also have a nice MS60 round 00's with a rim ding. With out the ding it would be a 62. No picture of that right now.

Thanks DBM...and tfred for posting yours,... and the added comments by all..

The more the merrier and I'd love to see more here.

The USB micro that I'm using is the 2 Mega-Pixel Leuchtturn.
So far I can't use their 8 LED's as it just blasts the coin and plastic even when at it's dimmest setting. I now spot another light off to the side to keep the reflection away and snap a shot when it looks OK.. I could probably do the same with the Digital Nikon,...but I would need 3 hands to also click the shutter.

A cable release would be better for the shutter in this application. I'll keep working at it...
