Another one I came across during my hiatus from the CCF. This one will be interesting and I am looking forward to the opinions and guesses.

The interesting thing about this one, and of course it is off the leading expert who is excited at the prospect as it represents a known die variety but in a never before seen late die state. I have added pics of the obverse highlighting the die cracks. The current known die state that has been recorded does not have the crack running through Liberty's head and into "(OF AM)ERICA" the way this one does. There is also quite a nice die clash on the reverse that is a diagnostic point for the variety.

thanks for looking
enjoy!

I going to guess MS-63 but it could easily be 64. Tough one to grade.

My intention was NOT to fool anyone, I guess the pics however did a fine enough job of that. I was not expecting so many higher end MS guesses even with the green bean on there and yet panzaldi saw something that stood out to him and I'd love to know what it was...

I don't imagine PCGS would ever crack this puppy out and assign a higher grade. I would normally have bought an MS in this year issue for my registry and still might but it was the die cracks, which I knew to be unique and not yet cataloged that wrote the check

thanks for looking and good call panzaldi
