Not your traditional double headed coin, but still a cool mint error. At that price though, it's been on ebay for a very long time, and will more than likely remain.

Most Jefferson nickel brockages I've seen are slightly off center, and most don't have the date, that said, I've not seen one sell for over $600.00 ever! And Heritage and David Lawrence have recently sold lesser quality coins in the $200-350 range. He is dreaming with that price, but as PT Barnum said - There is a sucker born every minute. I can't imagine anyone would drop six figures without doing some basic google searching at least.

Probably more marketing his ebay page by pricing it so high, more than actually thinking he is going to get that much money for it.
