Yes, it is a DDO / DDR and possibly a repunched date as well. |

Nice find! The snake and eagle's head are doubled too. Did you also notice the little 'ear" on the lower left of the "0" in 10?  Maybe it's a die chip, but it's so cleanly geometric. |

Wish I could offer an accurate estimate of value--a double doubled-die should have a nice collector premium.

Not nearly as much as it would be for a modern coin, but a premium non the less. See it up on ebay, personally I think that price is too high, but you never know. |
