Even factoring the known-poor obverses of this type, I'm of the opinion you're giving up too much of the obverse for the decent reverse. LIBERTY is essentially gone, meaning (even for this coin) VG at best on the obverse when the reverse probably deserves VF20-ish. In addition, my eye is drawn to the right obverse field - are those hairlines?

Dunno, man. I think I'd take a pass on this one.

I was thinking the same thing about the right obverse and vg grade. Better ones out there.

I'll say VG-10.
As for inclusion in your type set...LIBERTY is meaningless, unless you yourself deem it meaningful. I suspect it looks better in hand than in the pictures, so for me, it would come down to price. At some price point it would be perfectly acceptable to me. Or it could be overpriced. Your call for your set. As with most things, budget comes unto play. I "overpaid" by about 25% for my 20 cent because I didn't find acceptable examples easy to find.

I'd say that's probably an F-12. It's got decent eye appeal but does lack some details of the original design.

I can tell you that this was one of the hardest coins to find for my 7070. I wanted one with a clear Liberty (which is tough because the liberty was raised and one of the first wear points). I finally had to pony up some pretty good money - around $275 I think - for a PCGS XF 40 to get an example I Iiked.
