ExoGuy Pillar of the Community United States 4416 Posts	Posted 10/26/2013 10:05 am Looks like one of the cast copies of a New Hampshire colonial coin. These were sold in the 1960-70's in sets of replicas from the 1700's. The sets were housed as groups of five in plastic cases that had plastic, snap-open lids so that the copies could be removed, handled and reinserted. Many years ago, I bought a collection that included three such holders, housing fifteen different, colonial era copies that included one of these. Back then, a COPY stamp wasn't used. There was no paperwork included with the sets, but I was told that they were purchased from some New England coin company. Report this Post to the Staff
