and a spoon Crosby silver plate (seems that its design is from 1900 to 1940 but I could be wrong)
1942 Jefferson nickel
not sure yet on the ring

Is there a stone in that ring? I can't tell from the photo. It looks like glare but maybe it's a nice big diamond.

lol no diamon but it does look porcelain iand I can see what looks like a faint image on there

It could be porcelain or maybe scrimshaw or ivory. Sometimes -- way back when it was legal -- images were lightly carved into scrimshaw and sort of enhanced with dye.

That gemstone looks like it could be milky quartz with gold.

If you have a rock club nearby, I'm sure somebody there could tell you.
