Bacchus2 - here's the same coin with official PMD:

How-Far-Back-Can-We-Go?-Second-Edition!-Ended-At-1492-Waiting-On-1491

These coins were withdrawn from circulation in about 1940, pierced in the middle and then reissued. It was apparently done to avoid confusion with the Danish 1-Krone coin, which also circulated in Greenland.
