Looks like there are a few marks hiding on the cheek, because of the way the light is hitting.

I can't see anything less than MS-65 for this dollar and it could go a notch higher. I have NGC and ANACS-certified Morgans in MS-65 holders that have more marks and possibly less luster than this very nice piece.

Worth a submission, I'd say!

Crap, I really should reshoot this coin, the images came out horrible by my standards.

I wouldn't say horrible at all. Just a little dark on the cheek, which made me guess a 64 (Looked like it had some bag marks hidden).

With the sellers pictures, the coin looks 65 minimum.

A very nice coin, and a great score for $40!

it might make a MS65 grade from the seller's photos MS64 your shots are a lot more like what the coin probably looks like in hand.

It has a good shot at 65 and possibly even 66. 64 looks like a worst case on this one.

It is interesting that the seller described it: "A few dings and bag marks". It appears to be very few indeed.

Reimaged, tried this for the first time, a jerry-rigged lightbox! I mean, really half-butted the whole deal but whatever, diffused the light more, that was the goal no?
