If it was either 99 or 33 instead of 93 in the serial number it would be special...

This happened to me before, I found a twenty dollar bill with the serial number something like 4422488... luckily the next ten I looked at (same day only a few seconds later) was 7733002. What a coincidence

Yes especially because both serial numbers only had 7 digits :p.

Yes... I'm Canadian, our banknotes only have seven digits.
