A repeater would be something like: 12341234
Low serial numbers are nearly all zeroes. I'd be happy to find one that started with four zeroes.
While the third note isn't quite lined-up, it is within accepted tolerance. The notes that have a premium value are missing some of what should normally appear on the note.
If you like them, keep them. I keep a lot of stuff that has no premium value and I will continue to do so until it become inconvenient.
