Not my coin or pictures.

Seller claims it to be UNC, but I'm not sure based on these pics.

I'd like to ask for better photos, although last time I did so on a coin, someone saw the better photos before I did, and bought it.

Coin is listed for 70$, making it a loss if AU and a great price if indeed MS.

Any thoughts before I address the seller ?
(personally, I don't think it's UNC).

Thanks for looking .

Common date coin.
Why gamble with your money.
Wait for one with better pictures.

^That^ Coin seems borderline but I don't think it's MS.

obverse looks to have a few disparaging marks for an MS coin. scans are tough to call but I would steer away and wait

Sorry, but I also do not like it. The obverse marks are not serious but they are too numerous.
And the forehead hair detail; for a Philadelphia coin it should be stronger.
I agree: wait for a better example.

I don't like this one as MS due to obverse details (hair above the head), and what I see on the neck scares me.

I don't think MS, more like AU-55 or 58.

I'm saying AU-58.
