Here's another Peace dollar, a 1921 Medium average strike, but very cool steel-grey color on the obverse.. Any guesses on how she graded? Edited by Night-Hawk 11/04/2013 9:47 pm

I'm tempted to say MS, but our does look like a bit odd wear on the obverse. AU58.

I don't see any wear, just a weakly struck, somewhat baggy 21. 62.

I'm intrigued by what looks (under this lighting) like a field displacement on the obverse, under the L.

It looks like a weak strike but also looks like it has wear... AU-58.

I'd be happy to have that one as a 62. It is a very nice coin.

I would have graded this 63, if I didn't see it already. It is a beautiful coin. I don't think it has any wear on it. It is hard to find a 1921 with nice hair details. But with so many people grading this au58 through ms62 it really shows how hard it is to accurately grade a low mint state coin in almost any series.
