Been worked over pretty good. I'm not sure what it is they put on em to get that rainbow look but it's definitely retoned.

It appears semi-polished to me.
That kind of toning is generally seen on polished copper.

It's definitely been cleaned, dipped or polished (maybe all of the above). How much does it hurt the value? Instead of a $45 coin are we now talking about it being worth maybe $20
