To me this coin looks VF. There is way too much detail left in the leaves/blossoms/wheat on the cap for this to be lower than Fine. The reverse eagle still has defined feathers remaining on the wings without any of them being worn together. With that said, its still worth only melt.

VF20.

No problem free Morgan is worth melt nowadays (can you find any under 18$?).
I'd say its worth ~22$, which means a decent 30% premium over melt.

This is a major arbitrage you could use for an easy profit (dealers are paying significantly over melt for Morgans).

I suggest you buy them all and sell them.

APMEX for example will buy all you have if you can get a reasonable quantity:
http://www.apmex.com/sell-to-us/180...dollars-cull
(they pay 20$ for cull morgans, and 22-23$ for problem free, pre 21', in any condition).

I wish I could find any for melt..

Unfortunately the quantity at my source is never more than a couple every so often, never enough to actually make any money buying and selling. Pawn shops ship the stuff out pretty much right after they receive it.

I agree VF 20 and though the value is indeed higher than melt, it would be hard to sell it for that premium. I think a lot of people see common date lower grade coins only worth the value of the metal they contain.
