I have a 1957 Penny that has something by the 5 in the date. You can see it clearly to the top left of the 5 and it seems to go under it and shows up in the curve of the five. It is not a scratch because it sticks out. What do you think it could be? Thank you for your time.

A closer image might help. But if it is a die scratch, coin damage, crack or die gouge they are all worth the same. No premium.
