1968 Mexico Olympic Gold Coin/Medal

I acquired a 22K gold coin that I believe commemorates the Lion's Club participation in the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. There is one just like it for sale on ebay, albeit in much better condition. First, the medal should be 40 mm in diameter, and have the fineness and serial stamped on the edge. It appears to be a companion piece to one with the actual Lions Club emblem. See photo. The medal below has same flip side as shown in the original post.
