They do exist for special bulk grading lots.

Is it an American Silver Eagle by any chance?

I have seen sample slabs, they usually say sample on them, but not always. I think it's a bulk submission coin though, can you post a photo of the coin and slab?

Generally these seem to be coins that would grade in a range thats very common for whatever series it is. I'm guess a low MS for a 64 kennedy since a 65 or better they would want to be individually graded. It sounds a little better having that then like MS 62/63.

ASEs are the ones I've almost always seen with that which is why I asked. I wouldnt worry about it being a fake slab but depending on the price if youre looking for a really nice graded one I would find one with an actual grade.

The price was right. I googled spotting fake or counterfeit pcgs slabs. It didnt fit the profile at all. So my guess is it has either grey sheet or Red Book or whatever a individual purchaser would place on it. I paid ten bucks. I'm gonna inspect it for errors/rpm it looks great with my pcgs kennedy collection. But I agree bulk submission. Its just kinda cool and something outta the ordinary.

Researched: had to do with a new pcgs holder sample just didnt say sample found one on ebay for 30 bucks, I emailed pcgs hopefully maybe they have a population report on it make it cooler. But it is a fun find and fills one of those peskyopen slots in my kennedy 69dcam collection thanks for the input and surviving my horrible typos.

Can't really complain about getting a 64 Kennedy for 10 bucks.
