You coins are Brazilian 960 Reis and the fun part about collecting this type of coin is they were often struck over other coins and the host coin can sometimes be identified. Your 1811 seems to have some indication of the host coin between 6 and 7 o'clock on the shield side. You might want look at that area very closely to see what is there. I find taking a very high resolution scan and then blowing up the image on the computer screen often helps in seeing what is there.
I am afraid I can offer no idea of value, I have not bought one for a long time and I only buy ones where I can make out the host coin. But I encourage you to learn about them, there is a great book on the over strikes called
"Os Recumbos de 960 Reis - The 960 Reis Overstrikes" by David Andre Levi
There are also several active websites for collectors.

Can't make out the mint mark in the center of the globe on the 1811, it will be either R or B. Coin appears to be nice mint state. The 1811 Rio mint $150-$200 and 1811 Bahia mint $400-$500+.
The 1824 also looks to be nice mint state and again I cannot make out the mint mark, which is to the right of the date. 1824 Rio $150-$200, 1824 Bahia $250-$400+.
These are auction estimated prices and coins sold directly through a dealer will be priced higher.
