I have this one as O-110 (R2), and VF20 on a good day. $75-80 maybe, not considering surfaces?
It's difficult for me to consider the surfaces on such a bright background. Knowing a bit about coin photography, I know that bright blue has influenced what the camera's sensor sees and the coin's surfaces are not completely "true" as a result. Far better to use a monochromatic background. With that said, my gut tells me that it's an old cleaning if it's there, and I wouldn't be surprised if it were considered "market acceptable."
Thanks for the advice all! I think I got it for a decent deal, $89. I love the details of the obverse, even though the coin may have an older cleaning I think it's ok. So many capped busts have cleaning to begin with..
